I went from spending 12 years working in the corporate world, predominately as a Learning & Development Manager, being in a long-term relationship where I felt that I didn’t have a voice and lived through my school life constantly trying to fit in and figure out how to juggle 2 worlds that couldn’t be more different. Whether that was between home and school or two different cultures at home, I never quite knew where I belonged. Today, I run my own coaching business, communicate authentically, collaborate with world renowned brands to run workshops, host the OPEN UP podcast and have become a boss at communicating my needs instead of slipping into the habit of saying yes, when I really mean no.

And I'm sharing the tools I never had to help individuals, businesses and brands to help them and their teams develop the skills to communicate confidently and address conflict head on, because despite what you think, it’s not actually a personality trait and can be honed, tuned and practised.
